8 killed in militant clash in Pakistan

Eight people, including four members of the security forces, were killed in three separate clashes with militants in southwest Pakistan and Karachi.

On Tuesday, officials told AFP the information was confirmed by government officials.

But a security official said, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
On the other hand, one person was killed in the ambush by militants on a convoy of border security force in Panggur district of Baluchistan province. Four including the Colonel were killed and three were wounded.

In another incident, four Pakistani Taliban militants, suspected to be shot by police in the southern city of Karachi, were killed.
