The case under the pornography law against Kusum Sikder

A case has been filed against seven people, including actress Kusum Sikder, on charges of pornography behind the music video. At the same time, the court took the case and asked Ramna police to investigate the case.

Earlier on Sunday, the Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate filed the case with the court of Nurunnahar Yasmin, a Supreme Court lawyer named Khandakar Nazmul Ahsan.

In fact, on August 3, a music video titled ‘Nasha’, actress Kusum Sikder, was released on YouTube. In this, the criticism of the social media started with the open and appealing presence of Kusum Sikder.

Then on August 13, Advocate Aftab Uddin Siddiqui Raghib, the lawyer for the plaintiff, gave legal notice to remove all legitimate-illegal videos and teasers from the song on August 13. Still, no action was taken in the case of Sunday on Sunday in the pornography control law.
