Successful completion of experimental broadcasting through Bangabandhu-1 satellite. Satellite communications company Bangladesh Communication Satellite Company Limited (BCSCL) is planning to move in from a second week in October. In recent times, through the Bangabandhu-1, the test run of the South Asian Football Competition Safa Championship is broadcast. From now on, all broadcasting will be done through Bangladesh Television Satellite. Do not rely on any other satellite.

State Minister Taran Halim said on Monday.

He said there is a plan for commercial broadcast from the second week of October. BTV was costing six to seven crore rupees annually for broadcast. From now on, the Bangabandhu-1 satellite will be saved from this satellite. The country’s money will remain in the country.

State Minister for Telecommunication said that the successful completion of the first phase of the experimental broadcasting has been successfully proceeding towards the commercial activities of the satellite. BCSCL BCSCL has planned a commercial broadcast from the second week of October. Prior to the commercial activities, Satellite-maker Institution Thalass will conduct another technical team exam. Then the satellite will be handed over to BCSCL.

Note that the Ministry of Information has sent a request to all private television channels to take advantage of the broadcast from Bangabandhu-1 satellite.
The cost of launching satellites with all the cost was Tk 2,765 crore The government hoping that the cost will be withdrawn in seven years.
