Thanked Paul to Google

From now on, the Android developers of Bangladesh will be able to sell the app from the country’s tech giant application market ‘Google Play’. State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak thanked Google for providing this facility. He thanked the developers of the Android Developers at the Rawa Club in the capital on Wednesday.

Paul said the long-standing demand of mobile application developers of Bangladesh was met. In March last year, in the US Silicon Valley, a meeting with a team of Google authorities led by the senior counsel (Public Policy) Wilson L. White. One of our biggest agenda was that the developers of Bangladesh could make a merchant account, which is possible to publish in-application payments and paid-applications.

He said last month Google’s high ranking representatives met again with the ICT department. In this meeting, I again raised the demand for the life of the developers of Bangladesh. Today Google has implemented the assurance given by Google by adding Google Bangladesh to Google’s merchant account list. That’s why I thank the Google authorities and all concerned.

The State Minister said this facility of Google Merchandise will unveil new possibilities for our country’s mobile application developers and further enhance mobile application and game development. As a result, I believe that the global footprint of our native game and application developers will increase.
